Although Chris has lived in seven different states, he was born in Tupelo, Mississippi, and has always considered Mississippi home. He earned his B.A. in Political Science and Psychology, summa cum laude, from the University of Mississippi in 2010 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi in 2014. While in undergraduate, Chris was awarded the Graeber Scholarship and was named on the Chancellor’s Honor Roll each of the seven semesters he attended. In law school, Chris was awarded the McGuire Scholarship and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board. He also volunteered his time in law school to help coach the undergraduate trial team. Chris is a member of The Mississippi Bar and The State Bar of Texas, and is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Chris began his career practicing family law, criminal defense and personal injury before transitioning his focus to strictly injury law. He gained invaluable personal injury experience working for one of the top injury firms in Texas. Chris believes that it is important to maintain excellent communication and to help guide clients through a stressful period of their lives brought on due to no fault of their own.
When not practicing law, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Brittany, and their young son. He is an avid sports fan of the Ole Miss Rebels, Dallas Cowboys and the Dallas Stars. He also enjoys playing tennis and fishing in his free time.
