
Ray O’Neal – Mississippi Attorney
Ray is originally from the Memphis area, growing up in a farm family in Arkansas. He attended Ole Miss for his bachelor’s degree and graduated from law school there in 1988. He has practiced in northeast Mississippi for 33 years and has diverse experiences in law.
Initially, Ray worked for a firm in Tupelo that primarily represented insurance companies and rose to the partner level in a few years. He left and moved to Fulton and established a small firm that represented injured clients, businesses, cities, and utilities. Ten years ago, Ray accepted a position with the District Attorneys office and gained even further trial experience and assisting victims of crime.
Ray has been president of the Itawamba County Bar Association and the Lee County Young Lawyers. He has been involved in trials and litigation over Automobiles, Premises Liability, and a number of criminal and civil areas of law.
A lifelong follower of Ole Miss Sports and enjoys raising dogs, riding ATV’s and spending time on a wildlife habitat project.
Ray and his wife Emily have two children and have lived in Fulton for nearly 30 years and are active in the community.
