Richard Schwartz & McGruff the Crime Dog Speak On Halloween Safety
In an effort to keep kids safe over the holidays, Attorney Richard Schwartz visited schools throughout Mississippi to speak to children about Halloween safety. Attorney Schwartz, with the help of crime dog McGruff, visited Lucy Webb Elementary School, Weddington Elementary, Key Elementary, as well as other schools in the Pine Belt.
While in attendance, Attorney Schwartz talked to kids about the importance of adult supervision, being visible to passing cars, and potentially contaminated candies. To help avoid potential disasters, he suggested kids use glow sticks, reflective tape, flashlights, or other bright gadgets. He also supplied the students with safety-conscious Halloween bags with a reflective surface. Better yet, each child happily discovered Halloween candy inside.
Attorney Richard Schwartz journeys around the state to lecture students on the importance of holiday safety each year, and 2019 is certainly no different. Each member of our legal team at Richard Schwartz & Associates, P.A. is passionate about children’s safety, and we do our part to help our community in October, and all year-round.
