Kelli was born and raised in Hattiesburg, Mississippi but moved to Anguilla, Mississippi shortly after hurricane Katrina in 2005, where she graduated from Sharkey Issaquena Academy in 2012. Kelli received her Associates Degree while playing basketball and softball at Mississippi Delta Community College in 2014 and her Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Mississippi in 2017. Kelli received her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 2020 with a certificate in Health Care Law and passed the Mississippi bar exam the following year in 2021.
While in law school, Kelli served two externships, first with the University of Mississippi Medical Center’s General Counsel and then with the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission. Kelli also spent the summer of 2018 studying abroad in both France and Germany. After graduating from Mississippi College School of Law, Kelli was hired to serve as Associate General Counsel for Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC until she joined our firm in November 2022. Kelli is an Associate Attorney at Richard Schwartz & Associates, P.A.
Kelli is admitted to practice in all Mississippi state and federal courts. She is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, as well as the Jackson Young Lawyers and the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Section of the MS Bar.
Kelli and her wife, Dr. Daniella DiPaolo, live in the Jackson, MS area with their two dogs, Simba and Duke. Kelli enjoys playing basketball and tennis, as well as spending time with her wife, nine (9) siblings and parents. Kelli’s favorite time of year is football season.
