Brett was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, and graduated with honors from the University of Memphis in 2006 with a degree in Political Science. After earning his undergraduate degree, he and his wife moved to Jackson, Mississippi, where Brett attended Mississippi College School of Law, graduating with honors in 2009. That same year, he successfully passed the bar exams in both Mississippi and Tennessee. Brett is admitted to practice law in both states.
Brett is a member of the Mississippi Association for Justice. He also serves on the Board of the Northwest Rankin Athletic Association and the Gabby Strong Foundation.
Brett joined the firm in 2010. His practice focuses on Mississippi workers’ compensation claims, Social Security Disability claims, and Tennessee personal injury claims, including car wrecks, slip and falls, and premises liability.
Brett and his wife, Jessica, have three adorable girls who were born here in Central Mississippi. Outside of his legal practice, Brett is an avid hunter, enjoys playing soccer, and cherishes time with his family. They are active members of Pinelake Church.
