Kelli Stevens

Kelli was born and raised in Hattiesburg, MS but moved to Anguilla, MS shortly after hurricane Katrine in 2005. Kelli graduated Valedictorian from Sharkey Issaquena Academy in Rolling Fork, MS in May 2012 and received her Associated Degree, while playing basketball and softball, from Mississippi Delta Community College in May 2014. Kelli’s next move was to Oxford, MS where she obtained her Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from the greatest university in the world, the University of Mississippi, in 2017. Her next and final educational stop was in downtown Jackson, MS where Kelli would receive her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 2020 with a certificate in Health Care Law. Kelli would take and pass the Mississippi bar exam the following year in 2021.

While in law school, Kelli served two externships, first with the University of Mississippi Medical Center’s office of General Counsel and, secondly, with the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission. She also spent the summer of 2018 studying abroad in France and Germany. After graduating from law school and passing the bar exam, Kelli was hired as Associate General Counsel for Tower Loan of Mississippi until she joined our firm in November 2022. Kelli is an Associate Attorney at Richard Schwartz & Associates, P.A. focusing her practice areas in workers’ compensation, helping injured workers’ all throughout the state of Mississippi, and in personal injury cases.

Kelli is admitted to practice in all Mississippi state and federal courts. She and her wife, Dr. Daniella DiPaolo, live in Jackson, MS with their two dogs, Simba and Duke.
