Attorney Richard Schwartz of Richard Schwartz & Associates Injury Lawyer, P.A. donated thousands of groceries to local non-profit Extra Table on November 17 in support of its “Tackle Hunger” campaign. The boxes contained a variety of non-perishables and are being distributed throughout the state of Mississippi to food banks and shelters to feed those in need.
“This has been such a difficult year for everyone, and there are Mississippians who can’t afford to put food on their tables for the Thanksgiving holiday, especially during a pandemic,” Attorney Schwartz said. “I hope that this effort can help those in need during this challenging time.”
Based in Hattiesburg, Extra Table is a charity organization focused on feeding disadvantaged communities throughout Mississippi. It is dedicated to combating hunger by providing healthy food to those in need through food pantries and soup kitchens. Our firm is proud to participate in and support its efforts.
